PROGRAMS OFFERED
Outpatient Care Levels
Our outpatient treatment programs offer the scheduling flexibility many people need in order to commit to recovery. Here, you can find the level of care that’s right for you, intensive treatment options, and clinical support while keeping up with the responsibilities of school, work, and home.
PHP
Partial hospitalization programs are our highest-intensity level of care, taking place for several hours per day, 3-4 days per week. PHPs involve behavioral therapy sessions, family therapy, strength in support groups, and more.
IOP
Intensive outpatient programs at Hope’s Destiny provide similar services to PHPs, but with fewer days and hours required per week. IOPs are ideal for people who have completed higher levels of recovery care.
Outpatient
People in long-term recovery often need ongoing support to stay on the path of recovery. That’s where Hope’s Destiny outpatient treatment comes in, with services tailored to your individual needs.
Assessments
Whether you are struggling with substance use disorders, mental health challenges, or co-occurring disorders, we can help! At Hope’s Destiny, we offer in-person level-of-care assessments to help you start on the right path to recovery.
