Our Community

Spring House, located in Lower Gwynedd Township in Montgomery County, PA, is a small but historically significant community. Settled by Welsh Quakers in the late 1600s, the area earned its name from the stone spring houses once used by early settlers to keep food cool before electricity. Landmarks like the Spring House Tavern, established in 1719, remind us of the community’s long-standing role as a stopover for travelers between Philadelphia and Bethlehem. Today, Spring House balances its rich history with a welcoming suburban atmosphere, offering residents quiet neighborhoods, local businesses, and family-friendly amenities. With its strong sense of community, natural beauty, and accessibility along major routes like Route 309, Spring House provides a supportive environment where individuals and families can feel connected and cared for.

At Hope’s Destiny, we are proud to serve families in the Spring House community with specialized programs for teens ages 14–18. Our services provide compassionate care for adolescents facing mental health concerns, substance use challenges, or co-occurring disorders. With evidence-based therapies, academic coordination, and family involvement, we create a structured and supportive environment where teens can heal, grow, and develop resilience. Inspired by the strength and close-knit spirit of Spring House, we help young people build confidence and move toward a healthier, more hopeful future.

GET STARTED

Let’s Take the First Step Together

Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, trauma, or a co-occurring substance use disorder, help is here. Our caring team is ready to listen to you, support you, and guide you toward lasting wellness. You don’t have to navigate this journey alone.

Partial Hospitalization Program

Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) offers a structured and supportive environment for those needing a higher level of care while still maintaining a connection to everyday life. Designed for individuals experiencing significant mental health challenges or co-occurring disorders, PHP provides intensive therapeutic support without requiring overnight stays.

Participants attend programming five days a week, engaging in individual therapy, group therapy, and family sessions. Each treatment plan is personalized, incorporating evidence-based practices and regular psychiatric care, including medication management when needed.

This level of care is ideal for individuals transitioning from inpatient treatment or those who need more support than outpatient care can provide. At Hope’s Destiny, we create a safe space where you can stabilize, gain insight, and build the skills needed for long-term wellness.

Intensive Outpatient Program

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides focused, structured care for individuals navigating mental health challenges or co-occurring disorders but who don’t require the full-day intensity of PHP. This flexible program serves as either a step-down from higher levels of care or an entry point for those needing consistent support while maintaining daily responsibilities.

Participants attend programming 3-5 days per week for approximately 3 hours per session, engaging in individual therapy, group therapy, and family sessions. Each treatment plan is personalized, incorporating evidence-based practices and regular psychiatric care, including medication management when needed.

This level of care is ideal for individuals who need more support than traditional outpatient therapy but can maintain their work, school, or family commitments. At Hope’s Destiny, we create a supportive environment where you can develop healthier patterns, gain stability, and build the skills needed for lasting wellness.

Outpatient Program

Our Outpatient Program (OP) offers a flexible, supportive level of care for individuals managing mental health or co-occurring disorders. Designed for those who are ready for more independence, this program provides regular therapeutic support while allowing participants to fully engage in their daily lives.

Participants attend weekly individual therapy sessions and monthly family therapy, with optional group therapy available. Each treatment plan is personalized, incorporating evidence-based practices and psychiatric care, including medication management when needed.

This level of care is ideal for individuals stepping down from more intensive treatment or those with stable symptoms who need ongoing support while maintaining their work, school, or family commitments. At Hope’s Destiny, we create a nurturing environment where you can continue your progress and strengthen the skills needed for lasting wellness.
