Within her role, she spearheads the identification and pursuit of lucrative contracts, collaborations, and referrals, while also nurturing and guiding a dynamic business development team to achieve excellence.

Before joining the ranks of Hope's Destiny, she earned a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification alongside certifications as a Certified Recovery Specialist and a Certified Peer Specialist.
