How we help

HOW WE HELP

The Hope’s Destiny outpatient facility in Pennsylvania offers a suite of substance abuse, mental health, and behavioral health services to meet client needs and promote healing, emotional well-being, and client dignity.

WHAT WE OFFER

Treatment Options Designed to Meet Your Unique Needs

All of our programs are outpatient in nature. This format allows our clients to access the intensive treatment services found in many inpatient facilities, without having to take a break from school, work, or home life.

Outpatient treatment helps many people reach a substance-free life who wouldn’t otherwise be able to commit to a more intensive program. Our treatment programs at Hope’s Destiny are designed to help clients make lasting changes to their mental, physical, and emotional health.

BENEFITS OF OUTPATIENT PROGRAMS

Benefits of Treatment

Experience a great many benefits when you choose an outpatient program at Hope’s Destiny for your recovery. Here are just a few of the vast advantages to going outpatient.

Command Your Schedule

Gone are the days when people facing a substance use disorder had to leave home for treatment and stay at a facility for 30 days or more. While these programs can be helpful, they are not an option for everyone. Outpatient treatment programs alleviate much of the stress that comes with entering a treatment program by providing day or evening classes to fit your personal schedule.

Keep Life on Track

Everyone in our recovery programs is working not just on recovery, but on rebuilding the parts of their lives that have been impacted by addiction. Outpatient treatment allows for a seamless transition between treatment and returning to daily life. Our team members can help you in finding ongoing treatment services in your community and joining local support groups to prevent relapse.

Own Your Recovery

Outpatient care can also help you own your addiction and mental health recovery. By working on your recovery and other life goals at the same time, you may feel empowered and ready to reclaim the life you deserve once your initial program ends. At Hope’s Destiny, we provide the tools and coping skills and help you do the work in order to own your recovery.

Types of Outpatient Treatment

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP)

Intensive outpatient programs are the next step down from PHPs. These outpatient programs are also offered several days per week, but with fewer hours required.

IOPs are ideal for people who have already completed residential or partial hospitalization treatment and who are ready for the next step in recovery care. You can find access to many of the same services as within PHPs, but the amount of sessions you need may be lower.

Our team will provide assessments throughout treatment to ensure your program is helping you make progress in recovery.

Outpatient Services

Outpatient services are offered on an individual basis at Hope’s Destiny. That is, they may be the next step for someone who has completed both PHP and IOP.

Outpatient programs can also work for people who are returning to treatment after a relapse. Or, they may be ideal for people who have been in recovery for years but want to remain strong and committed to their goals.

Services vary by what you need, but include therapy, MAT, group therapy, family therapy, and more.
