Care Levels

Supporting You at Every Step of the Way

At Hope’s Destiny, we offer three levels of care to meet your unique needs and guide you on your journey to lasting wellness. Our approach ensures you get the right level of support, no matter where you are in your wellness journey.

Partial Hospitalization (PHP)

Intensive, structured day treatment with 4-5 hours of therapy per day, Monday through Friday. Perfect for those needing comprehensive care while maintaining some daily routines.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

A step down from PHP, IOP offers 3-4 hours of therapy at least three days a week, balancing support with flexibility to manage work, school, or home responsibilities.

Outpatient (OP)

Designed for those transitioning from higher levels of care or needing ongoing support. OP offers a flexible schedule, typically 1-2 therapy sessions per week.

Biopsychosocial Assessments
