Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Intensive Care with Flexibility

At Hope’s Destiny, our Intensive Outpatient Program provides a structured yet flexible approach to recovery. Designed for adults and adolescents who require more support than traditional outpatient services but don’t need 24/7 supervision, our IOP allows you to balance treatment with daily responsibilities like work, school, or family.

What to Expect

Our Intensive Outpatient Program offers a step down from the intensity of PHP, providing structured care with more flexibility.

Participants attend treatment for three hours a day, 3 to 5 days a week, allowing them to balance recovery with daily responsibilities. We offer both day and evening groups to accommodate your schedule.

You’ll receive support in a warm and nurturing environment, which will help you build the skills needed for long-term success while maintaining your routine.

Services We Provide

Our IOP takes a holistic approach to healing, addressing physical, emotional, and social dimensions of wellness. Our services include:

  • Individual Therapy: One-on-one sessions tailored to your personal needs.
  • Group Therapy: Peer support to share insights and build coping skills.
  • Crisis Stabilization: Immediate support when needed.
  • Evidence-Based Therapies: Including CBT, DBT, and mindfulness therapy.
  • Psychoeducation and Skill-Building: Focused on addiction, mental health, and relapse prevention.
  • Family Involvement: Therapy and support to strengthen family ties.
  • Medication Management: Regular monitoring for safety and effectiveness.

You get to apply the skills you’ve learned in real-life situations, helping you prepare for challenges outside the program. This practical approach helps bridge the gap between the treatment environment and the real world, setting you up for long-term success.
