Abby Grasso, MSW, has joined Hope's Destiny as the new Chief Operating Officer (COO). Abby brings experience in operational management, program development, leadership, and advocacy, but most importantly she has a drive and compassion to help others live well. As a clinical social worker with over 25 years of experience, Abby previously served as Executive Director of PLAN of PA, Executive Director of NAMI Montgomery County PA and Director of Business Development at Brooke Glen Behavioral Hospital.

In her role as COO, Abby will play a pivotal role in shaping Hope Destiny’s strategic direction, program development, overseeing key operational functions and collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure Hope’s Destiny is meeting the needs of our communities through collaboration and advocacy, as well as the needs of its clients.

Grasso shares her excitement about joining Hope’s Destiny saying, “There is a widespread need for care that is high-quality, compassionate, and client focused. We know that quality care increases the likelihood of better outcomes for individuals, and I look forward to delivery such care with our team at Hope’s Destiny.
