The Partial Hospitalization Program is the most structured level of outpatient care. Clients attend five days per week for at least 25 hours, then return home in the evening. PHP may follow inpatient care or provide more support than weekly therapy.
The Intensive Outpatient Program provides three-hour sessions three to five days per week. Morning and evening options help eligible clients balance treatment with work, school, and family responsibilities.
Hope’s Destiny provides mental health treatment for depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, bipolar disorder, and co-occurring substance use. Care may include psychiatric support, medication management, CBT, DBT, trauma-focused therapy, and individual, group, or family sessions.
