Stephen James Lally

Stephen James Lally has been working in the fields of substance use and mental health since 1996. He began his career as a Psychiatric Technician at Penn Foundation in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, and has spent more than 25 years working in behavioral health and supporting individuals and families.

Throughout his career, Stephen has worked in a variety of settings, including alternative schools serving adolescents and community-based mental health programs. He has also provided individual and family therapy as a Family Therapist for several agencies, giving him a broad understanding of the unique needs of adolescents, adults, and families.

Stephen joined Hope’s Destiny in August 2025, where he brings his extensive experience, compassion, and commitment to helping individuals navigate their mental health and recovery journeys.

Outside of work, Stephen enjoys writing, watching and playing sports, and listening to music.
